This map explores physical barriers in accessing healthcare facilities in the district. It was created after learning from one Digital Story that some mothers are limited by physical barriers in accessing MNCH services, necessitating the creation of a geographic map that depicts how these physical barriers make mothers vulnerable in accessing health care services. The map was developed by Healthy Child Uganda - Mbarara university of Science and Technology with funding from University of Calgary, IDRC – Canada and Welcome Trust UK.
